EXECUTIVE Mayor of the Nelson Mandela Metro, Nondumiso Maphazi, officially handed over her letter of resignation to the office of the Speaker effective from today (November 24).

Speaking at a press conference at the City Hall earlier today, Maphazi said she would wait to hear from the ANC what they had in store for her regarding her redeployment.
