Pretoria – Several people were left injured when a bus burst into flames after a multi-vehicle collision on the R573 here late last night, paramedics said.

Netcare 911 spokesman Chris Botha said the bus caught alight after several vehicles slammed into each other on Moloto road.

“One person is critical and several others are in a serious condition.

“Paramedics, fire-fighters and the police are at the scene to try to stabilise the situation,” said Botha.
