THERE are several arts and entertainment highlights this weekend and in the coming week:
St Francis Hospice’s annual Carols by Candlelight concert, with a brass ensemble and massed choir conducted by Richard Cock, is at the Bay’s Feather Market Centre today at 5.30pm. Book at Computicket.
Sean Paddey, a graduate of the Bay’s Stageworld Theatre School, is presenting Roleplay, a modern farcical comedy by a UK playwright, in the Opera House Barn at 8pm tonight. Tickets are at Computicket at the Opera House.
Eastcape Showcase is presenting an evening of live music from the ‘60s ‘70s and ‘80s at the Bay’s Victoria Park Sports Club in Victoria Drive from 7.30pm to midnight tonight. Foottapper and The Cadillacs will perform and dancing is encouraged. Tickets at R30 each are at the door.
The East Cape’s Got Talent search featuring a variety of acts kicks off at The Boardwalk’s Supersports Arena on Tuesday from 8-10pm.
