Sentencing proceedings for convicted rapist and human trafficker Louis Lategan have hit a brief delay in the Makhanda high court due to the unavailability of his newly appointed legal counsel. The matter has been postponed to allow high-profile Johannesburg advocate Annelene van den Heever to formally come on record.
