The Special Investigating Unit will on Tuesday brief the media on its investigation into the Free State provincial government Bursary Scheme.
The annual bursary scheme aims to assist financially disadvantaged Free State students to access higher education in scarce-skills fields and address the province’s shortage of skilled professionals.
